We reserve the right to make changes to these terms from time to time without notice to you.
When you place an order with La Boutique de Bea Ltd you will receive confirmation of your order and confirmation of dispatch via email. Please make sure that the email address you provide is correct and the mail account provided by you is working properly.
Transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered, when you click on pay option. If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not dispatched will be refunded via the original method of payment.
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
· The product ordered being unavailable from stock
· Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
· The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
All transactions are processed through PayPal’s secure server therefore we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our website.

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Please see our returns policy below for further details.
COLLECTION
If an item is returned to us because no-one was available to sign for it on delivery and it has not been collected from the post office within the time stated on their card, we will ask you to pay the postage charge again for us to re-send it.
The Product:
We have made every effort to ensure that the products we supply correspond as closely as possible to the pictures shown and descriptions given. However, please note that colours may vary in accordance with the settings on your monitor, software or printer. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product upon delivery. Please also note that all are measurements are approximate; please allow a +/- 2cm variance on any size stated.
Product Use:
All of our jewellery is designed to be worn with care and may fail if placed under undue stress. As is the nature of fine jewellery, gemstones may fracture if dropped and precious metals may tarnish if not looked after. It is advised you treat your designer jewellery with the care and attention it deserves.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a simple 7 Day Money Back Guarantee. If any item is not quite what you required then just notify us by email/post (stating reason for return) within 7 days of receipt. This right applies to all goods purchased except for Custom Made products and Earrings which are excluded because of current Health & Hygiene Regulations (This does not affect your statutory rights).

We strongly advise that when returning products you package and label them properly so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you insure the items to be returned and also retain some proof of postage in the event that the products go missing, as products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them.
